NEW DELHI, INDIA (Metro Rail News): Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (DMRC) announced on Friday that on November 21, the metro services on Yellow Line between Rajiv Chowk and Central Secretariat would remain suspended for a few hours. The reason provided by DMRC for such suspension is that the authority must undertake the scheduled track maintenance work.

DMRC, in a statement, proclaimed that the scheduled maintenance work would start on the intervening night of November 20,21. That’s why train services will be briefly regulated on November 21.

Yellow Line connects the Huda City Centre in Gurgaon with the Samaypur Badli. On Sunday, the services are suspended between Rajiv Chowk and Central Secretariat till 7:30 am. The DMRC told in advance that the metro station of Patel Chowk would remain closed till the resumption of services.  The metro authorities have assured the passengers of a free feeder bus service during the suspension period.
