CHHATTISGARH (Metro Rail News): South East Central Railway (SECR) has invited bids for the construction of a new broad gauge single railway line in Chhattisgarh under the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode. The contract has an estimated value of ₹601.90 crore and forms part of an important railway infrastructure project aimed at improving connectivity in the region.
The project includes the construction of a new railway line from Paradol Takeoff Point to Nagpur Road Station, along with the slewing of a section of the existing Boridand-Chirmiri railway line.
