  • Hinjewadi Phase 2 Circle 2
  • Shri Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Chowk in Hinjewadi
  • Hinjewadi Phase 1
  • Wakad Chowk
  • Shri Shiv Chhatrapati Sports Complex in Mahalunge

Pune Metro Line 3 corridor inspected by RDSO

The Pune Metro Line 3 corridor has successfully completed the required safety inspections conducted by the Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO). The initial 12.60-km stretch between Maan (PMR-1) and RK Laxman Museum in Balewadi (PMR-12) was cleared by the Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety (CMRS) on July 23, 2026. Safety approval for the remaining five stations in the first phase was granted on September 23, 2026, paving the way for the corridor’s phased opening to passengers.

A common mobile application has been developed to streamline ticketing for Pune Metro Line 3 and the existing Maha Metro network. The platform will enable commuters to access ticketing services across both metro networks through a single application, simplifying travel and fare transactions.
