CMRL authorities have pulled another tender against the one that was dropped. The whole set of clauses mentioned for the active tender feels favorable for 1 or 2 of the firms while the other participants are left at a serious disadvantage.
The clauses for marking are tailored in such a way that only 1 consortium can bid & if any other dare to participate, cannot compete on technical marks.
