DELHI (Metro Rail News): National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has announced advertisement opportunities for outdoor advertisement along the Namo Bharat Corridor. The initiative shows NCRTC unlocking ventures for potential non-fare revenue. However, the Corporation has not released any tenders as of now, they informed that further details about the initiative will be communicated soon.

The announcement has opened doors for Out of House (OOH) advertising companies, media agencies, and infrastructure branding experts to improve their visibility through commercial partnership with India’s fastest train corridor.

Unlocking Non-Fare Revenue Source

The opportunity unlocks the non-fare revenue sources for NCRTC. Non-fare revenues such as revenue from advertisements, property lending, rent from shops inside the premises and parking, are a major source of revenue for the railway sector to remain financially sustainable. With this initiative, NCRTC can gain revenue from displaying advertisements across the network.
