New Delhi: The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) is going to open remaining section of Magenta Line (Line-8) between Kalkaji Mandir - Janakpuri West for public on 24th May 2018. This route will connect commuters to IGI Airport Terminal-1 via Terminal 1-IGI Airport station also.Some special features of IGI Airport T-1 Metro Station-

• প্রতিদিন প্রায় 66000 মানুষ ম্যাজেন্টা লাইনের আই. জি. আই বিমানবন্দর টি-1 মেট্রো স্টেশন ব্যবহার/পরিদর্শন করতে পারে
• বর্তমানে আই. জি. আই বিমানবন্দর টার্মিনাল-1-এ প্রতিদিন 1.8 লক্ষ মানুষ আসেন
• এই ভূগর্ভস্থ স্টেশনটি আই. জি. আই বিমানবন্দর টার্মিনাল-1-কে পশ্চিম ও দক্ষিণ দিল্লির সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত করবে
• 146 মিটার দীর্ঘ এবং 4 মিটার চওড়া পথ মেট্রো স্টেশনটিকে টার্মিনাল-1 (আগমন)-এর সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত করবে।
• যাত্রীদের দূরত্ব অতিক্রম করতে প্রায় 6 মিনিট সময় লাগবে
• 160 মিটার দীর্ঘ এবং 3 মিটার চওড়া পথ মেট্রো স্টেশনটিকে টার্মিনাল-1 (প্রস্থান)-এর সঙ্গে সংযুক্ত করবে। দূরত্ব প্রায় 7 মিনিট অতিক্রম করা যেতে পারে।
• এই বোঝা কমাতে ডি. এম. আর. সি 2019 সালের জানুয়ারির মধ্যে ভ্রমণকারীদের সঙ্গে সাবওয়ের মাধ্যমে মেট্রো স্টেশনের সঙ্গে আগমন ও প্রস্থান টার্মিনালগুলিকে সংযুক্ত করার পরিকল্পনা করেছে

What Flyers/IGI Airport Terminal user need to know-

• সমস্ত স্টেশনের মতো, এই মেট্রো স্টেশনের যাত্রীদের লাগেজের আকারের সীমা থাকবে 60x45x25 সেন্টিমিটার এবং ব্যাগের ওজন থাকবে 15 কেজি।
• এয়ারপোর্ট এক্সপ্রেস লাইন মেট্রোর মতো কোনও চেক-ইন সুবিধা নেই
• স্টেশনটি আই. জি. আই টার্মিনাল-1 (আগমন) থেকে প্রায় 200 মিটার দূরে অবস্থিত
• এই মেট্রো স্টেশনের 3টি প্রবেশ/প্রস্থান গেটে মোটরচালিত লিফট থাকবে
