INDORE (Metro Rail News): The Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL) engineers on Monday, 25th April, have begun pouring concrete to cast segments for Indore Metro Yellow Line‘s 10.927 km MR10 Road – Gandhi Nagar section (Package IN-03).

RVNL was awarded the 33.53 km Indore Metro Phase 1′s project contract worth Rs. 1034 crore in September 2021 with a deadline of 2.32 years. 8.5m wide segments cast at their yard, spread across 15 hectares, near TCS Chauraha will be launched to form the line’s viaduct.

Besides a 575m depot-line, RVNL will also construct 9 elevated stations at Gandhi Nagar, Super Corridor 6, Super Corridor 5, Super Corridor 4, Super Corridor 3, Super Corridor 2 and Super Corridor 1, Bhawarsala Square and MR 10 Road.
