MAHARASHTRA, INDIA (Metro Rail News): Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has announced details for the work in Mumbai Metro line 2B and the contenders for the same on Thursday.
There are three companies in the race for the strongest bid currently. As per the information provided by the source, the three companies are;

TATA Projects Limited &

J Kumar Infraprojects Limited

Scope of the Project:
It constitutes the C102-Part Design and Construction of Balance Works of Package CA06, Elevated Viaduct and 5 Elevated Stations viz. MTNL Metro, SG Barve Marg, Kurla East, EEH and Chembur (excluding Metal Roof Construction) from Chainage 46860.384m to Chainage 52729.312 of Line 2B [DN Nagar-Mandale] of Mumbai Metro Rail Project for MMRDA. The approximate cost of this project is Rs. 635 crores.
