Bangalore (Metro Rail News): Bangalore Metro progressed as SYSTRA MVA Consulting has been awarded 3 major Detailed Design Consultant (DDC) contracts for Bangalore Metro Phase 3 project.
Bidding Process
Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Ltd. (BMRCL) floated tenders for 3 DDC contracts of Bangalore Metro Phase 3 in October with a 1460 day (4 year) contract duration.
On 23 December 2024, technical bids were opened revealing that 6 firms have submitted bids for each contract. So BMRCL received 18 bids in total.
On 29 January 2025, financial bids were opened revealing that SYSTRA has become the lowest bidder for all 3 DDC contracts.
