Godrej & Boyce Gets LoA for Architectural Finishing Contract of Delhi Metro’s Golden Line

Delhi (Metro Rail News): Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Ltd. has received LoA from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for the architectural finishing contract of 3 stations of Delhi Metro Phase 4’s Golden Line which spans 23.622 km connecting Aerocity to Tuglakabad.

DMRC Brief Scope of Work: Comprehensive Architectural Finishing Works at three Underground stations namely Maa Anandmayee Marg, Tughlakabad Railway Colony and Tughlakabad on Aerocity-Tughlakabad corridor of Phase-IV of Delhi MRTS.

Contract Details 

  •  Godrej and Boyce Bid Value: ₹ 49.9 Cr
  • Contract Duration: 365 Days

Bidding Process

DMRC invited bids for this contract and received bids from 4 firms. Technical bids were opened on 11 February 2025 and technical evaluation of the submitted bids took place on 21 March 2025. 

Financial Bids were opened on 21 March and financial evaluation happened on 2 April revealing that Godrej and Boyce Manufacturing Company Ltd. is the Lowest Bidder for the Contract. 

Furthermore, financial bids were opened on 20 March and financial evaluation of bids took place on 27 March 2025 revealing that SS.SS Construction Pvt. Ltd. is the lowest bidder for the contract.

The scope of work under this contract includes the architectural finishing work of 3 stations of Delhi Metro Phase 4’s Golden Line.

  •  Tughlakabad Railway Colony 
  •  Tughlakabad
