DELHI (Metro Rail News): To strengthen first- and last-mile connectivity and facilitate smooth interchange among multiple transport systems, the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has invited bids for the construction of a skywalk with travelators at the Anand Vihar multimodal hub in Delhi.

Scope of Work: Construction of Skywalk with travelators at Anand Vihar multimodal hub for seamlessly connectivity between Anand Vihar Railway Station to ISBT, Kuashambi with integrated access to Delhi Meerut, Namo Bharat corridor and DMRC line 3 & Line 4 at Anand Vihar including connecting FOB between paid to paid connectivity of Anand Vihar Namo Bharat station to DMRC Anand Vihar Station at Anand Vihar of Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Namo Bharat Corridor.
The proposed infrastructure will facilitate smooth passenger movement between the Anand Vihar Railway Station and the Inter-State Bus Terminal (ISBT) at Kaushambi. The project will also provide integrated access to the Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut Namo Bharat corridor as well as Delhi Metro’s Blue and Pink Lines at Anand Vihar station.
