NEW DELHI (Metro Rail News): The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation has opened the bids of the civil construction package DC-06 of Phase IV Project Today.

Infrastructure major Hindustan Construction Company (HCC) in joint venture with VCCL emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for the civil construction package DC-06 of the DMRC Phase IV project.
