કોલકાતા (મેટ્રો રેલ સમાચાર): કોલકાતા મેટ્રોએ પ્રગતિ કરી છે કારણ કે ગ્રીન લાઇનના સિયાલદહ-એસ્પ્લેનેડ પટ્ટાને રેલવે સુરક્ષા આયોગ (સી. આર. એસ.) તરફથી સલામતી પ્રમાણપત્ર મળ્યું છે.
સીઆરએસ નિરીક્ષણ
27 એપ્રિલ, 2025ના રોજ નોર્થ ફ્રન્ટિયર સર્કલના રેલવે સેફ્ટી કમિશનર (સી. આર. એસ.) શ્રી સુમિત સિંઘલે ગ્રીન લાઇનના સિયાલદહ-એસ્પ્લેનેડ પટ્ટાનું નિરીક્ષણ કર્યું હતું.
પરીક્ષણો વિશે
21 જાન્યુઆરી 2025ના રોજ, ગ્રીન લાઇનના સિયાલદહ-એસ્પ્લેનેડ પટ્ટા પર પ્રથમ ટ્રાયલ રન હાથ ધરવામાં આવ્યો હતો.
મેટ્રો રેલવેના જનરલ મેનેજર અને કોલકાતા મેટ્રો રેલ કોર્પોરેશન લિમિટેડ (કે. એમ. આર. સી. એલ.) ના ચેરમેન શ્રી પી. ઉદય કુમાર રેડ્ડી અને મેટ્રો રેલવે અને કે. એમ. આર. સી. એલ. ના અન્ય વરિષ્ઠ અધિકારીઓ પરીક્ષણ દરમિયાન ઉપસ્થિત રહ્યા હતા.

કોલકાતા મેટ્રો ગ્રીન લાઇન વિશે
કોલકાતા મેટ્રોની ગ્રીન લાઇન 13 કિમી સુધી ફેલાયેલી છે, જે સેક્ટર વી-સિયાલદહ અને હાવડા મેદાન-એસ્પ્લેનેડને 12 સ્ટેશનો દ્વારા જોડે છે.
ઓપરેશનલ રૂટઃ
- સેક્ટર V થી સોલ્ટ લેક સ્ટેડિયમનો વિસ્તાર 5.3 કિમીનો વિસ્તાર 13 ફેબ્રુઆરી 2020ના રોજ કાર્યરત થયો હતો.
- 5 ઓક્ટોબર 2020ના રોજ, ગ્રીન લાઇનનો સોલ્ટ લેક સ્ટેડિયમથી ફૂલબાગાન વિસ્તાર, જે 1.7 કિમી સુધી ફેલાયેલો છે, કાર્યરત થયો હતો.
- 14 જુલાઈ 2022ના રોજ, ગ્રીન લાઇનનો ફૂલબાગાનથી સિયાલદહ વિસ્તાર, જે 2.1 કિ. મી. સુધી ફેલાયેલો છે, કાર્યરત થયો હતો.
- હાવડા મેદાન-એસ્પ્લેનેડ વિસ્તાર જે 3.9 કિમી સુધી ફેલાયેલો છે તે 6 માર્ચ, 2024ના રોજ કાર્યરત થયો હતો.
આ વિકાસ સાથે, ગ્રીન લાઇનનો સિયાલદહ-એસ્પ્લેનેડ વિસ્તાર ટૂંક સમયમાં કાર્યરત થઈ જશે, જેનાથી કોલકાતા મેટ્રોની ગ્રીન લાઇન સંપૂર્ણપણે કાર્યરત થઈ જશે.
