CHENNAI (Metro Rail News): Chennai Metro Rail Limited (CMRL) now invites tender for the supply and commission of RSS, ASS, SCADA, OHE & Switching Stations for Corridor-4 under Phase-2 of Chennai Metro. It also includes the Poonamallee Depot.

Name of Work – Design, manufacturing, supply, installation, testing, training and commissioning of RSS, ASS, SCADA, OHE & Switching Stations for CMRL Phase II – Corridor 4 (From Poonamallee Bypass to Lighthouse, including Depot at Poonamallee).

Period of Work – 1600 days + DNP (730 days)

Corridor-4 of Chennai Metro Rail Project under Phase-2 comprises construction of 26.1 km long corridor connecting Light House with Poonamallee with 28 stations on the route. The corridor will be both elevated and underground (18 elevated & 10 underground stations) with 16.03 km will be elevated while 10.07 km to be underground.
