After resolving few issues and encroachments in case of Kengeri Lake, after these were cleared with assistance of civil bodies Ramkey Evero Pvt Ltd was selected to prepare the detail project report after a tendering process.BMRC found bidder to revive Kengeri Lake of 32 acre as part of Corporate Social responsibility activity. Bangalore even being an electronic city, focused on development of their natural resources. Recently Kengari and Veerusandra Lake being developed by BMRC. The project includes various task like cleaning and maintaining of lake as well as their water quality , aquatic life were taken into consideration,was also focused on public facility like jogging.BMRC has faced a lot of challenges in finding bidder, the criteria to fulfill to be a good developer could not be achieved by BMRC in previous two bids it was completely unsuccessful. This time getting a bidder for lake development could give us a new ray of hope.Delay in preparation of project report could be attributed in few factors. one of them was maintaining sewage problem which was directly linked to lake.
