NEW DELHI (Metro Rail News): Kalpataru Projects International Limited (KPIL) has strengthened its position in the EPC(engineering, procurement, and construction) space after securing fresh orders worth Rs 2471 crores across key infrastructure segments. Most of these orders come from underground metro rail projects in India, making KPIL expand its presence in the urban mobility market.
KPIL has also secured several contracts in the power transmission and distribution (T&D) segment in both domestic and international markets. The company has also received new orders on its building and factories (B&F) business, which focuses on industrial and commercial construction projects.
“These orders have further strengthened our order book, clearly indicating the buoyancy in the T&D, urban infra and B&F business,” Manish Mohnot, MD & CEO, KPIL, said in a statement.
He added that the company has secured orders worth 22,000 crores in the current financial year so far.
