Alstom Wins ₹422.1 Cr Train Maintenance Contract for Delhi Metro

DELHI (Metro Rail News): Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has announced Alstom Transport India Limited as the lowest bidder for the 10-year train maintenance contract of the Delhi Metro Rail Project. 

DMRC invited bids for this contract with a 3650-day deadline. Technical bids were opened on 21 February 2025, revealing that 4 firms have submitted bids for the contract. 

The technical evaluation of the submitted bids took place on 9 July 2025. During the technical evaluation round, 2 firms’ bids were rejected. On the same day, financial bids were opened, revealing Alstom as the lowest Bidder for the contract.
