Everyone wants to be kept in the loop as the hyperloop huffs & puffs its way to reality! The technology, however, is not proven yet except perhaps the prototype for showcase purpose. Though some may think it to be a dangerous and difficult mode of transportation, one must admit and concede that there is an exciting prospect of the hyperloop becoming a reality soon. The question is, why consider a bullet train project when a hyperloop will neither require too much of land nor get into the land acquisition controversies. Besides, it seems that the cost of a hyperloop project can be reasonable and the system will certainly save a huge amount of precious time. We don’t yet know the cost of travel, however, which is the key to the success of any mode of transportation system in India!!
