કોલકાતા (મેટ્રો રેલ સમાચાર): કોલકાતાના મુસાફરો માટે સારા સમાચાર! હવે કોલકાતામાં મેટ્રો દ્વારા મુસાફરી કરતા મુસાફરો તેમના સ્માર્ટ કાર્ડને તેમના ઘરની આરામથી રિચાર્જ કરી શકે છે કારણ કે મેટ્રો રેલવેના જનરલ મેનેજર મનોજ જોશીએ "મેટ્રો રાઇડ કોલકાતા" નામની નવી એપ્લિકેશન શરૂ કરી છે. ક્રિસ દ્વારા વિકસાવવામાં આવેલી એપ્લિકેશન 3જી માર્ચ, 2022થી ગૂગલ પ્લે સ્ટોર પર ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે ઉપલબ્ધ થશે.
આ એપ દ્વારા સ્માર્ટ કાર્ડ રિચાર્જ માટેની અંતિમ અજમાયશ 28 ફેબ્રુઆરી, 2022ના રોજ શ્રી મનોજ જોશીની હાજરીમાં હાથ ધરવામાં આવી હતી. આ પહેલીવાર નથી જ્યારે કોલકાતા મેટ્રોએ આ સુવિધા રજૂ કરી હોય, કારણ કે તે મેટ્રો રેલવેની સત્તાવાર સાઇટ પર પણ ઉપલબ્ધ છે, જ્યાં મુસાફરોએ તેમના કાર્ડ રિચાર્જ કરવા માટે ક્યુઆર કોડ સ્કેન કરવો પડશે. એપ્લિકેશન વેબસાઇટ કરતાં વધુ વપરાશકર્તા મૈત્રીપૂર્ણ અને ઍક્સેસ કરવા માટે સરળ હશે. આ એપ મુસાફરોના સમયની બચત કરી શકે છે કારણ કે હવે તેમને લાંબી કતારોમાં ઊભા રહેવાની જરૂર નથી, અને તે ખૂબ જ ઉપયોગી પણ રહેશે કારણ કે આપણે કોવિડના સમયમાં જીવી રહ્યા છીએ. રેખાઓ ટાળવી અને બાહ્ય સપાટીઓને સ્પર્શ કરવો હવે સરળતાથી ટાળી શકાય છે
