About the Project
Section II of Corridor I stretches from High Court Metro Station to Wimco Nagar Depot Station. It has 11 metro stations and includes both underground and elevated parts. The corridor connects infrastructure from Chennai Metro Phase I and the Phase I Extension between Washermenpet and Wimco Nagar. It is an important link between central and northern Chennai and plays a vital role in the city’s metro network.
