PUNE (Metro Rail News): Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited (Maha Metro) has floated a tender for the construction of four elevated metro stations for Pune Metro Line 2B: Ramwadi to Wagholi / Vitthalwadi of Pune Metro Rail Project (Phase-2).

Scope of Work
The contractor will carry out the construction of 4 elevated metro stations viz. Viman Nagar, Somnath Nagar, Kharadi Bypass & Tuljabhawani excluding Viaduct, Pier Arms, Girder Erection, Deck Slab at Concourse & Platform Level and E&M works but including Plumbing works as a part of Corridor-2B: Ramwadi to Wagholi / Vitthalwadi of Pune Metro Rail Project (Phase-2).
About the Project
Corridor 2B of Pune Metro Phase 2 spans 11.63 km from Ramwadi to Wagholi, covering 11 stations. This line is an extension of the Pune Metro Phase 1 Blue Line, which spans 14.665 km from Vanaz to Ramwadi, covering 16 stations.
