
Noida: Nearly five months after the DMRC initiated tenders for 78 coaches to come at a cost of Rs 700 crore for the Noida-Greater Noida track, a revised tender has been floated.
This time, DMRC has invited bids for 76 coaches at an additional cost of Rs 100 crore, which officials say includes taxes. The selected agency will be responsible for the design, manufacture and commissioning of the coaches. The procurement of these cars will be funded by the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC).
