Metro Rail News is honoured to announce that Mr. Bharat Kaushal, Corporate Officer at Hitachi, Ltd. and Executive Chairman of Hitachi India, will serve as the Chairman for the 5th Edition of InnoMetro.
Since becoming the first Indian Managing Director of Hitachi India in 2017, Mr. Bharat Kaushal’s leadership has been instrumental in Hitachi India’s expansion across diverse sectors, including energy, infrastructure, healthcare, e-education, financial inclusion, and urban mobility.
Mr. Bharat Kaushal holds a Master’s degree in International Affairs (MIA) from Columbia University and an MBA from Northeastern University. He also earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Additionally, he completed both his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at St. Stephen’s College, University of Delhi.
We are confident that in his role as Chairman, Mr. Kaushal will provide strategic guidance and leadership for InnoMetro 2025. His presence will offer attendees an enriching and insightful experience. His extensive expertise and perspective will add value to the conference deliberations and inspire meaningful dialogue on innovation, technology, and sustainable solutions for the modern rail transit systems in India
