ODISHA (Metro Rail News): Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) has emerged as the lowest bidder (L1) for a ₹404.88 crore contract from East Coast Railway for railway infrastructure works between Khurda Road and Gangadharpur in Odisha.
The package forms part of the larger capacity expansion programme, which involves the construction of a third railway line on the Bhadrak-Vizianagaram section.
