DELHI (Metro Rail News): Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has issued a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) to SKM Contractor and Services Private Limited for the ticket vending services contract for various stations of Delhi Metro.

DMRC invited bids for this contract with a 1460-day deadline. On 7 April 2025, technical bids were opened, revealing that 9 firms had submitted bids for the contract. Technical evaluation of the submitted bids took place on 17 June. However, during the technical evaluation round, the bids of 7 firms were rejected.
The financial bids were also opened on 17 June, 2025, and the financial evaluation took place on August 1, 2025. On the same day, SKM Contractor and Services Private Limited was awarded the contract and received the Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the DMRC.

Contract Duration: 1460 days
DMRC Brief Scope: Provision of Ticket Vending Services at Various Metro Stations of Line- 8 Extension, 10 and Other Locations.
