NEW DELHI (Metro Rail News): National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) had opened the financial bids for the 106.5 km Delhi-SNB Alwar RRTS Corridor‘s General Consultancy contract.
The scope of this contract includes providing general consultancy services for the proposed 106.5 km RRTS corridor connecting Delhi Gurugram SNB with 16 stations at Sarai Kale Khan, INA, Munirka, Aerocity, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram Sector 17, Rajiv Chowk, Kherki Daula, Manesar, Panchgaon, Bilaspur Dharuhera, MBIR, Rewari Bawal and Shahjahanpur Neemrana-Behrod (SNB).
According to the result of the financial bid which was opened, a consortium including SYSTRA MVA, Egis Rail and Consulting Engineers Group emerged as the lowest bidder as their bid was lower than the other 3 consortia. The consortium was selected as the preferred bidder through the Quality and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) method after, adding technical & financial scores. The score earned by each bidder along with the financial bids are as follow:
SYSTRA-EGIS Rail-CEG JV: Rs 205.99 crore (L1) with 86.86 score
RITES-YUKSEL-RINA-PEMS JV: Rs 179.98 crore (L2) with 80.92 score
DB Engg-KRNA JV: Rs 203.05 crore (L3) with 80.44 score
AYESA-MM SpA JV. Rs 193.17 crore (L4) with 79.44 score
