RRTSINDUSTRY NCRTC Conducts Trial Run Between Shatabdi Nagar and Modipuram RRTS StationThe Delhi-Ghaziabad-Meerut RRTS Project progressed as the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has initiated a trial run upto Modipuram, the last station (towards Meerut) of the Delhi-Meerut RRTS. The NCRTC has successfully conducted trial runs between the Shatabdi Nagar and Modipuram RRTS stations.This section features 3 stations. As the trials advance, the NCRTC plans to conduct a thorough evaluation to examine the integration and coordination of the train with various subsystems, including the track, platform screen doors (PSDS), and the overhead power supply system.Industry Titagarh-BHEL Unveils Production Line of Vande Bharat Sleeper TrainTitagarh Rail Systems Ltd (TRSL), in collaboration with Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL), has officially inaugurated a production line for Vande Bharat sleeper trains at TRSL%u2019s stateof-the-art manufacturing facility located in Uttarpara, Kolkata, West Bengal. The inauguration ceremony was attended by distinguished leaders from both TRSL and BHEL, including Mr. Umesh Chowdhary, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of TRSL, and Ms. Bani Varma, Director of BHEL. Indian Railways has awarded TRSL a contract valued at Rs. 24000 crore for the design and manufacture of 80 Vande Bharat Sleeper Trains, which encompasses long-term maintenance for 35 years..
