NEW DELHI (Metro Rail News): Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has awarded a ₹15.06 Crore Contract to Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited for executing track works at Line 11, Line 10 and Line 3.
Contract Value: INR 16.68 Crores
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Contract Scope of Work: Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ballastless Track including Supply of Buffer Stop for 2.2 T-KM of Line -11 at Saket -G Metro Station, 3.3 T-KM of Line-10 at Sarita Vihar Depot and 0.3 T-Km at Noida Electronic City Metro Station of Line -3.”
Sudipta Mukherjee, Managing Director, Texmaco Rail & Engineering Limited, said, “This project is fully aligned with the national priorities of Make in India and Aatmanirbhar Bharat, and we remain firmly focused on delivering reliable, high-precision rail solutions that support India’s long-term transportation vision.” as reported by ET Manufacturing.
Furthermore, Texmaco is also currently executing a 58 T-KM track work package for DMRC covering the Majlis Park to RK Ashram station extension. So far, the company has completed 22 T-KM of track laying, along with six scissor crossings, eight crossovers, and five turnouts.
