KOCHI (Metro Rail News): Kochi Metro Rail Limited (KMRL) has invited bids for the telecommunication system contract of Kochi Metro Phase 2. Phase 2 of Kochi Metro includes one new metro corridor ( Pink Line), which spans 11.2 km from JLN Stadium to Infopark II, featuring 11 stations.

Contract Duration: 24 Months from the date of issue of LOA

Contract Scope of Work: Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Telecommunication System for Phase-II of Kochi Metro Rail Project. 

The Kochi Metro is an urban Mass Rapid Transit System (MRTS) designed to serve the city of Kochi. Currently, Phases 1, 1A and 1B of Kochi Metro are operational while Phase 2 is under Construction.
