MUMBAI (Metro Rail News): The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has announced that two bidders have submitted proposals to provide Independent Safety Assessment (ISA) Services for the Signalling and Train Control and Platform Screen Door (PSD) systems for Mumbai Metro Lines 4, 4A, 5, and 6.
The selected agency will be responsible for independently evaluating the design, installation, and functioning of the systems to confirm that they meet all required safety standards.
While MMRDA has confirmed the participation of two bidders, their names have not yet been disclosed. The list of bidders will be updated soon.
