A.K. Infra Projects Receives LoA for Package D2E-12 Of Delhi MetroPhase 4 

NEW DELHI (Metro Rail News): A.K.Infra Projects Pvt.Ltd. has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) for the electrification contract D2E-12 of Delhi Metro Phase 4’s Line 10 and Line 5 extension. 

The Line 10 (Golden Line) of Delhi Metro spans 23.622 km between Aerocity and Tuglakbad covering 15 stations while the Line 5 extension of Delhi Metro spans 12.58 km from Inderlok to Indraprastha featuring 10 stations. 

In June 2025, DMRC invited bids for this contract. Technical bids were opened on 4 August revealing that 4 firms have submitted bids for the contract. Technical evaluation of the submitted bids took place on 10 September. However, during the technical evaluation round one firm’s bid got rejected. 

The Financial bids for the technically qualified bidders were opened on 10 September. On 19 September the financial evaluation of the bids occurred. During the financial evaluation round 2 firms bid got rejected announcing A.K.Infra Projects as the lowest bidder for the project. On the same day only, the firm received LoA from DMRC.

Contract Duration: 36 Months 

Brief Scope of Work: Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 25 kV Overhead Equipment (OHE) for Elevated Corridor of Line-10 (Saket G Block to Sangam Vihar) and Line-5 Ext. (inderlok And Ashok Park Main Station) Of Delhi Metro MRTS Phase-IV.
