MUMBAI (Metro Rail News): Aurionpro Solutions has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from the Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) for the Automatic Fare Collection Systems (AFC) contract for Line 4 and 4A of Mumbai Metro Project. The Line 4 & Line 4A of Mumbai Metro spans 35.2 km connecting Wadala- Kasarvadavali – Gaimukh.

MMRDA invited bids for this contract in 2024. Technical bids were opened on 2 December 2024 announcing that 3 firms have submitted bids for the contract. Technical evaluation of the submitted bids took place on 7 March 2025, however during the technical evaluation round one firm’s bid got rejected.
The financial bids were opened on 7 March 2025 and the financial evaluation of the technically qualified bids occurred on 19 September 2025. During the financial evaluation round one firm’s bid got rejected revealing Aurionpro Solutions is the lowest bidder for the contract.
