Mumbai ( Metro Rail News): The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has declared IRCON International the lowest bidder for Package CA-233of Mumbai Metro Line 6 ( Pink Line), which spans 15.18 km from Swami Samarth Nagar (Lokhandwala) to Vikhroli.

MMRDA floated a tender for this contract in January 2024 with a Rs. 587.86 crore estimate.
In November 2024 technical bids were opened in November 2024 to reveal that 4 firms have submitted bids for the contract.
