LUCKNOW (Metro Rail News): Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation Limited (UPMRCL) has invited bids for the construction Of Depot Cum Workshop contract worth Rs. 150.21 Crores for East-West Metro Corridor Of Lucknow Metro Rail Project.
The East-West Corridor of Lucknow Metro spans 11.098 km from Lucknow Railway Station to Vasant Kunj covering 12 stations. In May 2025, the Public Investment Board (PIB) approved the Lucknow Metro’s East-West Corridor under Phase 1B at an estimated cost of Rs. 5801 Crores

Currently the North–South Corridor of Lucknow Metro which spans 22.878 km from CCS Airport to Munshi Pulia is operational.
