Navi Mumbai Metro Line-1 under Phase-1 consist of elevated corridor of length of 11.1 Km from Belapur to Pendhar with 11 stations namely – Belapur terminal, RBI Colony, Belapada, Utsav Chowk, Kendriya Vihar, Kharghar Village, Central Park, Pethpada, Amandoot, Pethali Taloja and Pendhar.
CIDCO has appointed Maha Metro to complete the remaining work of Navi Mumbai Metro Line-1 which has already been delayed due to multiple reasons.
CIDCO has now set a deadline to start operation of this line in 2 phases with commercial operation between station 7-11 (Central Park to Pendhar) to commence from December this year while operation from station 1-6 (Belapur to Kharghar sector 14) to commence from December 2022.
