BANGALORE, INDIA (Metro Rail News): On Thursday, the Tunnel Boring Machine (S-1264), commonly known as Varada used by Afcons Infrastructure, arrived at Langford Town Station on the Bangalore Metro’s pink line of 21.39 KMs, connecting Nagawara – Kalena Agrahara to 18 stations.
Varada, the first success of the TBM S-1264 and the first success of the Afcons in the 3.655 km Package RT-01 (Rashtriya Military School Station – Dairy Circle Ramp) of the Bangalore Metro Phase-2 Project 73.
