JAIPUR (Metro Rail News): The Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation (JMRC) has invited bids for the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Automatic Fare Collection (AFC) gates for its Phase-1A and Phase-1B. The tender pertains to the installation of AFC exit gates that will be integrated with the existing AFC system already operational across these sections of the Jaipur Metro network.

Scope of Work: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of AFC Exit Gates for AFC system installed at Phase-1A & 1B of Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation Ltd.
The Jaipur Metro Phase 1 comprises the East-West Corridor (Pink Line) and is divided into Phase 1A and 1B. It covers a total distance of over 12 km from Mansarovar to Badi Chaupar. Phase 1A (9.63 km, elevated) began operations on June 3, 2015, while Phase 1B (2.4 km, underground) became operational on September 23, 2020.
