Gurgaon (Metro Rail News): The Gurgaon Metro project progressed as 8 firms submitted bids for package CC-01. This is the first civil construction contract of 28.5 km for HUDA Millennium City Centre and Cyber City.
Gurgaon Metro Rail Ltd. GMRL is implementing this new elevated metro corridor, which is designed to function as a ring line. This Line is designed to run between Gurugram and Old Gurugram through 27 stations.
Civil Package CC-01 covers the construction of the following:
- The construction of 14 elevated stations, approximately 13.197 km of viaduct for the main alignment.
- A 1.85 km spur line which will extend from Basai to Dwarka Expressway
- A ramp structure that will stretch up to the proposed depot at Sector 33

Process Ahead
The submitted bids will first be subjected to a technical evaluation. Once this stage is completed, the financial proposals of those bidders who meet the technical requirements will be opened to determine the lowest bidder for the contract.
