Bhopal (Metro Rail News): Bhopal Metro Project progressed as four construction firms have qualified for the civil construction contract BH-05 for Phase 1’s Blue Line spanning 12.915 km from Bhadbhada Chauraha to Ratnagiri Tiraha via 14 elevated stations.
MPMRCL invited bids for the Package BH-05 of Blue Line in June 2023 with a Rs. 1121.63 crore estimate and 3 year deadline. Furthermore, the technical bids were opened in October 2023 and recently the bid evaluation was completed to reveal the name of qualified bidders.

Scope of Work
The scope of work under the package BH-05 includes the construction of entire Blue Lines viaduct with the 13 stations between Bhadbhada Chauraha and Ratnagiri Tiraha excluding the Bogda Pul (interchange) station which is a part of package BH -03 and a ramp to Subhash Nagar Depot.
