On 22 July, the CMRS inspected Reach 5, completing one-fourth of the overall assessment. Once the approvals from the CMRS are secured, the Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) is expected to finalise operational procedures in consultation with both the Union and State governments of Karnataka.RDSO Completed Oscillation & EBD Trials for Bhopal Metro%u2019s Rolling StockBhopal Metro has achieved a major milestone with the completion of Oscillation and Emergency Braking Distance (EBD) trials conducted by the Research Design and Standards Organisation (RDSO) for the rolling stock supplied by Alstom India. These trials were undertaken during the period from July 9, 2025, to July 21, 2025. The trials took place between the Nagar Metro Station and the AIIMS Metro Station. Experts from the RDSO executed comprehensive evaluations to measure and analyse critical dynamic and braking parameters.First 3-Coach Trainset Dispatched for Patna Metro The Patna Metro Rail Project has gained momentum as the first 3-coach train has been dispatched. This development came after the Bihar Government%u2019s approval to lease a three-car metro train set from Pune Metro for three years. On July 15, 2025, the Bihar Cabinet authorised an allocation of %u20b921.15 crore to facilitate the rental of the three-coach train set, enabling the commencement of services on the priority corridor of the Patna Metro Rail Project.Delhi Metro Phase 4: TBM Disha Achieved Breakthrough on Golden LineThe Delhi Metro Phase 4 advanced as Afcons Infrastructure%u2019s TBM Disha (1264B) successfully achieved a breakthrough at the Tughlakabad Railway Colony station of the Golden Line, which spans 23.622 km between Aerocity and Tughlakabad, covering 15 stations. The TBM Breakthrough was achieved under Package DC-07. TBM Disha constructed a 0.96 km tunnel from Tughlakabad to Tughlakabad Railway Colony station of the Golden Line. In January 2022, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) awarded Rs. 1669.20 crore Package DC-07 to Afcons Infrastructure with a 42-month deadline.
