This development was recorded under Package DC-07. TBM Tejas began its drive from the Maa Anandmayee Marg (MAM) Station and, after constructing a 782.6-meter tunnel, it reached the Tughlakabad Railway Colony station on 29 July 2025.. In January 2022, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) awarded Rs. 1669.20 crore Package DC-07 to Afcons Infrastructure with a 42-month deadline. Kolkata Metro: Trial Run Conducted on Yellow Line%u2019s AirportNoapara Stretch The Kolkata Metro Rail Project progressed with the successful trial run on the under-construction Yellow Line, which spans 16.876 km from Noapara to Barasat through 10 stations. The trials were initiated on a 7.03 km stretch of Line 4, from Jai Hind Bimanbandar (Airport) to Noapara metro stations, covering 4 stations. The trial was conducted through Rake No. MR 413 in the presence of the General Manager and other senior officers. The first successful trial run on this section was conducted in January 2025.Chennai Metro: TBM Peacock Achieved Breakthrough at Kodambakkam Ramp on Line 4Chennai Metro Phase 2 advanced as ITD Cementation%u2019s TBM Peacock recorded a Breakthrough at Line 4%u2019s Kodambakkam Ramp Retrieval shaft near Meenakshi College on 23 July 2025. The TBM Breakthrough was achieved under Package C4-UG02. The Line 4 spans 26.8 km between Light House and Poonamallee Bypass, featuring 30 stations. For its first assignment, TBM Peacock initiated tunnelling operations from the Panagal Park Crossover towards the Kodambakkam Ramp Retrieval Shaft. The TBM completed a drive of 2,047m, marking the longest single tunnel drive conducted in the Chennai Phase 2 project.
